One of the most used resolutions is to work out more consistently, and why wouldn\u2019t that be on the list? Everyone wants to be the healthiest version of themselves for one reason or another. However, not everyone can or will start going to the gym 5 days a week, nor should they. But it is important that you get the most out of your work out even if you go to the gym or work out at home once or twice a week.<\/p>\n<p>In this blog post, there will be a few tips that may help you get the most out of our workouts, use them wisely.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Don\u2019t workout on an empty stomach<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before your workout, it is essential that you have a nice balance of protein and carbs in your body. Your muscles need those carbs and proteins to be able to work properly. If you aren\u2019t comfortable eating something before your workout, you can make a drink with protein powder and bananas for the carbs. This is also needed after your workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instead of stretching, try dynamic warm-ups<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In almost all exercise videos we always hear the same thing about exercise, the importance of stretching. However, research suggests that doing dynamic warm ups that emulate the workouts that you are going to do later improves your range of motion and increases blood flow. Another plus is that you will be more stable, so you won\u2019t be as wobbly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Try an ice bath<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After an intense workout or training, athletes are known to jump into an ice bath to cool down their bodies. However, an ice bath is much more beneficial than just cooling yourself off. Anyone that does exercises can benefit from <a href=\"https:\/\/icetubs.com\/product\/icetub-model-s\/\">icetubs<\/a>.
